I thrive on supporting individuals in building cutting-edge brands, a passion that has consumed me since my journey began on Wall Street. Working with iconic fashion and specialty retail brands, I've delved into large-scale financings and multi-billion dollar mergers & acquisitions, honing my skills in building great leaders and companies within the consumer & retail space.
But it doesn't stop there. My work is fueled by a unique blend of business acumen and a deep understanding of alternative healing modalities. From naturopathic medicine to botanical nutrition, yoga to sound healing, somatic breath work to reiki, I draw upon a diverse range of studies to bring a holistic approach to wellness and self-care. Because I know firsthand the importance of preventing executive and founder burnout.
Driven by passion, purpose and authenticity, I spend my days sitting at the intersection of health, wellness, beauty, and longevity, embodying a unique blend of visionary leadership, entrepreneurship, and deeply rooted expertise in innovation, brand building, and both private & public capital raising.
As a transformative leader in the wellness and longevity sectors, I am a strategic advisor, supporting C-suite executives, venture capital firms, and female founders in their quests to redefine and trailblaze the wellness and longevity landscape. As an executive coach, I focus my work with female founders to help navigate the landscape and amplify their voices & their success.
During my career that has spanned over two decades, I have worked as an executive on Wall Street, in venture capital, and consulted companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 500 - across New York, Los Angeles, Vancouver, and Toronto.
As a visionary, I merge entrepreneurship and brand-building with capital investment strategies, which has been evident in my start-ups where I have pioneered companies in food & beverage, wellness & beauty, femtech, and longevity.
My educational background is anchored by an Honours BBA and a BSc in Biology but my thirst for knowledge has extended to post-graduate pursuits including two years of studies in my naturopathic medicine, 600+ hours of yoga teacher training, and certifications in Reiki and sound bath therapy (and soon to include somatic breathwork and meditation!).
Philanthropically, my passion for helping other women flows through my volunteer work as I love helping charities that support single mothers and women’s shelters.
